Dr. Howard Hsu obtained a doctor degree of intellectual property right from the University of Munich in Germany. He has excellent expertise and longstanding experience in application for patent, utility model, trademark, design and litigation of infringement as attorney specializing in intellectual property, attorney at law, trademark attorney and professor. He was dean of National Taipei University and commissioner of Fair Trade Commission, after he was counsel of German Trade Office Taipei. He is the author of three books on patent, trademark and competition law.

Dr. N. A. Yang, senior patent consultant, is licensed as patent attorney and lawyer. He specializes in patent and trademark applications, patent layout, patent prosecution and patent infringement, administrative litigation, infringement in regard to patent and trademark.

Mr. G. M. Hu, patent consultant, has passed Taiwan Patent Attorney Examination and China Patent Attorney Examination. He obtained master’s degree in Mass Data Management program at Soochow University School. After he participated in manager class at Taiwan Artificial Intelligence School, he was engineer for iPAS Internet of Things at the Ministry of Economic Affairs. He specializes in patent application in the fields of motors, electronics, mechanisms, information software, artificial intelligence (AI), chemical materials and patent infringement, as he has professional knowledge and practical experience.

Dr. Jason Liu, senior patent consultant, received a doctorate from the university in Germany. He specializes in patent applications, drafting of specifications in the fields of electrical machinery, electronics and optoelectronics.

Ms. Y. P. Chiang studied in Germany and is proficient in German and English. She has handled several thousand trademark cases filed in Taiwan from Germany, United States of America, Switzerland, Austria, Japan, France, and the United Kingdom as a trademark expert. She has professional knowledge and extensive experience.

Mr. Edward Hsu obtained a master degree from the City University of New York in USA. His expertise covers application for patent, trademark and design. He has extensive experience in trademark application, trademark renewal and payment of patent annuities via cloud intellectual property management system in Taiwan, China, U.S.A., Japan and Europe.
